What Were Looking For :
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable with demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and navigating confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Work Schedule :
Full-Time : Monday Friday, 7 : 15 AM 4 : 30 PM, with optional overtimeParticipate in our 24-hour on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergenciesYour Responsibilities :
Respond to disaster situations and perform emergency mitigation, water extraction, and structural drying (following IICRC standards)Set up and remove dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other restoration equipmentConduct moisture mapping and loss documentation using MICA and proprietary softwarePerform demolition (drywall, carpets, insulation, etc.) after a lossPack-out / pack-in customer contents with care and accuracyAct as the on-site point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent serviceDrive company vehicles (water trucks, trailers, and other machinery)Assist with other duties as neededWhy Youll Love Working With Us :
