Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District, across from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel boasts 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 square feet of event space and several unique dining experiences.
The Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee both our Gallerie Bar & Bistro as well as The Market to join our award-winning property.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume production experience, natural leadership ability and experience with ordering and creating production guides. The preferred candidate will possess fine dining experience, broad knowledge of various cuisine styles and a positive approach to hospitality.
This is a full-time position; candidates must have full availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
