The Registered Nurse Manager will work under the general direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Manager oversees all clinical and operational services. This position provides leadership, clinical supervision, and coordination of nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant care for individuals experiencing mental health crises, co-occurring substance use, or dual diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing and clinical operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with state and agency standards.
• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and performance management for RNs, LVNs, QMHPs, and support staff.
• Conduct patient assessments, including admission evaluations, physical health checks, lab draws, EKGs, and screenings.
• Ensure proper medication administration, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with nursing standards and agency policy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support coordinated patient care.
• Lead utilization review and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, manage staff schedules, and oversee adherence to professional and ethical standards.
• Conduct staff training, meetings, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed to maintain high performance and morale.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment for all clients and staff.
