Business Data Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Data Operations Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts data analysis to identify opportunities for member and provider satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost avoidance

Collaborates with technology and reporting teams to communicate requirements for internal and state-related reports

Serves as a liaison between the plan and various functional areas to address a range of challenges

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis

3+ years of experience with reports and data analysis visualization tools

2+ years of Medicaid and / or Managed Care experience

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to a cross-functional audience
