Position Summary :
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to set the strategy and continue to drive profitable growth for the DHL (Distributors, Hardware & Lumberyards) channel, aligned to the division's strategic intent. This leader holds the responsibility to drive account management and revenue realization, and deliver outstanding customer service through a high performing team.
As a member of the Construction North America Leadership Team, they will serve as a critical thought partner on the strategy and the roadmap to full potential.

In addition, our benefits include paid vacation, sick, holiday, and parental leave. Base salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000. This position is also eligible to participate in the management incentive program with a bonus range of 20%-30%. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
