Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, set‑up, merchandising, pack‑up, and tear‑down of a seasonal store. They help ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands : 8+ hours standing / walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
