Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy , ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle , from ideation and user research to launch, iteration, and retirement.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements , user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.
• Own the product roadmap , prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and data-driven insights.
• Monitor product performance metrics and use analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication , ensuring team alignment and stakeholder transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 3-6+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in shipping products at scale and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and UX principles .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced NYC environment and collaborating with onsite and hybrid teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or platform-based products .
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of A / B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Exposure to AI / ML-powered products is a strong plus.
