Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management : Support the end-to-end management of strategic projects, which will be initiated by an Operating Unit or System Executive Team; Independently lead project management activities of individual project initiatives

Project Planning : Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans.

• Define project and initiative scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Document detailed project charters and plans by which project teams can manage their progress and expectations.

Cross-functional Coordination : Build and maintain strong working relationships with various departments and team members involved in strategic projects.

Risk Management : Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges that may impact project success.

Performance Monitoring and Analytics : Regularly track and report on project status, inclusive of progress and KPI performance, to stakeholders and senior management.

Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement : Participate in a culture of continuous improvement within the project management process.

Post-Project Evaluation : Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
