Position Overview :
The Programs Underwriter is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and managing Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance programs in partnership with Managing General Agents (MGAs). This role focuses on assessing new and existing program opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in P&C underwriting, program business, and risk analysis, with a passion for supporting innovative and profitable insurance solutions. The Programs Underwriter will work closely with the dedicated Programs Auditor to ensure underwriting integrity and continuous improvement but will not be responsible for conducting formal audits.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets : experience and training : licensure and certifications : and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $170,000
