Requirements :

• Proficiently operate a range of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and graders, to execute tasks on construction sites with precision and efficiency
• Skillfully manipulate equipment to move, place, and grade materials such as soil, gravel, and other construction materials
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications to perform tasks
• Conduct thorough inspections and routine preventative maintenance on heavy machinery, identifying potential issues early and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
