Job descriptionSteel toe boots are required. General warehouse attire. High school diploma or equivalent. Lifting and Carrying : Warehouse workers may be required to lift and carry heavy objects regularly. The ability to lift, push, and pull heavy boxes, packages, or materials is essential. Employers may specify weight limits, and employees should be capable of lifting objects within those limits. Standing and Walking : employees often spend extended periods on their feet, walking and moving around the warehouse. Stamina and endurance are important to keep up with the physical demands of the job. Bending and Stooping : Workers may need to bend, stoop, or crouch to pick up items from lower shelves or to organize inventory. Flexibility and agility are essential for these movements. Manual Dexterity : employees may need good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for tasks like picking and packing orders, handling small items, or using tools and equipment. Safety Awareness : Warehouse workers should be aware of and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures. This includes using proper lifting techniques, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safety protocol

Proman Staffing is currently working with business partners in the continuous improvement of their marketing, production, printing and distribution practices.
Sheetfed Press 2nd Pressman :
2nd shift 3pm-11pm
$16-$22 depending on experience.
Job Description :
- Work closely with 1st Pressman to ensure paper, plates and ink are ready when needed.
- Responsible for adjusting the sheet feeder to maintain continuous operation.
- 3-5 years experience.
- In leu of experience, we will consider those with 3-5 years of general machine operation with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good attendance is critical.
