We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Ault, Colorado. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication skills and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to address their concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist with processing orders and data entry to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel to manage and organize customer data.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and document management, as needed.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with order entry processes and data management systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
