Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational and program coordination functions to enhance efficiency and scalability
Manage weekly sales team calls and pipeline management across various stakeholders
Analyze data to derive insights and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Program Management / Operations
Native English language proficiency or C2 level
Experience in sales planning and knowledge of CRM systems
Data analysis skills, particularly in Excel
Familiarity with SMB Telesales programs and Microsoft's ecosystem is a plus
