Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and delivering professional insurance advice with warmth and clarity. You'll handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificates, billing, renewals, and claims while ensuring clients feel supported and understood. Working closely with producers and your teammates, you'll collaborate to deliver quick responses, simple solutions, and an exceptional client experience that reflects our agency's reputation for professionalism and care.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in an insurance customer service role or related field is advantageous.
Attitude : A positive and professional outlook. A genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively with a positive touch.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to customer questions and problems.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with office technology and relevant software tools.
