Temporary Inventory Coordinator
Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) is a 24 / 7 Emergency Care Veterinary Hospital with 7 different specialties. We are seeking a Temporary Inventory Coordinator to assist our team from 11 / 24 / 2025 to 12 / 31 / 2025.
About the Role : The Temporary Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the temporary management and procurement of all supplies / inventory in the hospital.
Compensation : $20-$24 hourly DOE Schedule : This position will work Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm starting Monday, November 24th 2025 and ending Wednesday, December 31st 2025. This position will not work Thanksgiving or Christmas Day, these will be unpaid holidays off. Essential Job Functions :
Minimum Qualifications : This job is physically active and may require frequent bending. It also requires routine lifting of packages in excess of 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, and use hands. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Online Procurement.
Preferred Qualifications : At least 1 year of inventory experience preferred. Veterinary experiences will be considered in lieu of inventory experience.
Educational Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent required.
Language Ability : Ability to speak in an understandable manner and understand the English language.
Work Environment : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment is predominantly indoors. Interacts with all areas of the hospital.
