Job Description

You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships across various stakeholders, ensuring that safety practices are not only implemented but also continuously improved through the adoption of industry best practices. Your ability to influence, coach, and share these best practices will be paramount in driving success without direct oversight of GC operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global construction safety policies and high-risk activity management plans, including Safety Performance Standards documentation.
• Conduct regular on-site safety observations to assess compliance with safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage in Level 1, 2, and 3 project task and field-level planning meetings, as well as three-week lookahead planning sessions and daily activity briefings.
• Guide GC leadership in safety practices by facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Influence and coach GC teams to empower them while allowing autonomy in managing operations.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external teams, to ensure effective collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety standards by researching and implementing industry best practices.
• Promote a growth mindset within the team, encouraging continuous learning, adaptability, and resilience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $96.00 - $106.00 / hr.
