Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Employ evidence-based practices to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Participate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams : Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Teach Patients and their Families : Train patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure continuous progress at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success
