Job descriptionRequirements for Position : Min of 1 year experience in landscaping Required Skills : Horticulture knowledge & standards of pruning, planting, digging, & mulching Skilled in various gardening techniques Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Great customer service skills Ability to work with others Self-motivation Visualization Creativity Duties / Responsibilities : Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks. Works in collaboration with architects and garden designers to ensure clients’ expectations are met Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties. Weeding and mulching landscape beds Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees Maintains the landscape design and structures in it Planting shrubs, flowers and trees Ensures the growth of flowers and other ornamental plants through the use of fertilizer and plant friendly chemicals Monitoring and maintaining plant health Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes Maintain equipment in safe and good working condition. Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner. Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards. Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized. Lift and carry merchandises / material as needed. Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities. Inspect merchandise upon delivery to identify any damages. Mange house keeping activities when requested. Cleanup work area and equipment after work is completed. Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working. Physical Requirements : Good stamina & physical health Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, dusty, dirty and / or wet conditions) Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks Documents Required : Social Security Card / Birth Certificate MUST have reliable transportation. Pay : Weekly Pay Pay Schedule : Monday - Friday Schedule : Monday - Friday (Weather Permitting)

- Job Scope :
The role requires a hands-on individual to be responsible for commercial & residential lawn care maintenance crews.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, & other landscape related trades
Cleaning and preparing a job site
Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns
Maintains already existing irrigation systems, ensures that the flowers and plants are watered adequately
Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
Driver's License / Identification
DOE
8 - 10 Hour Days
