You'll handle core A / P responsibilities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication with vendors and internal departments.

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role :

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals.

Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and packing slip) to confirm pricing and quantities.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and process expense reimbursements.

Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Support the accounting team with month-end accruals and invoice cutoff reporting .

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist Role :

2+ years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.

Working knowledge of 3-way match and invoice reconciliation .

Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong Excel skills with attention to numerical accuracy.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in vendor communication and follow-up.

Salary :

$39,500 - $43,500 annually , commensurate with experience.
