Job description

Pay rate : $14 - $15 / Hour

Overview :

Support manufacturing of Echelon 3000-4000 devices

General Summary :

Responsible for using equipment for the assembly and processing tasks to produce finished products according to established specifications.
Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Operates production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products.

Interprets instructions and specifications and uses to set up equipment.

Checks products on assembly line to confirm that they are properly assembled and removes defective products.

Cleans and maintains equipment as needed. Notifies supervisor of maintenance and / or repairs needed on equipment.

Work Experience :

Generally Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience

Associate is required to be able to stand entire shift to operate manufacturing equipment, able to handle and assemble small components.

Ability to follow instructions written and verbal.

Able to stand in close proximity to other associates working at other equipment / stations.

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Unable to support special needs / requirements as this is a pilot manufacturing line.

Education Required : High School
