Job Summary :

The Vice President of Marketing will drive and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our passenger vehicle manufacturing, sales, rental & services brand, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will lead, develop, and innovate all consumer, brand, product development, e-Commerce, digital marketing, research and customer marketing initiatives, to grow our business and increase our brand presence and consumer base. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role requires deep industry insight, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to position our company at the forefront of our industry.

Essential Functions :

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan aligned with business goals, covering digital, print, events, and partnership channels.
• Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering cross-collaboration across all departments.
• Manage annual marketing budget, allocating resources to highest-impact initiatives and tracking ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in the passenger vehicle industry.
• Drive digital transformation through company resources by optimizing website, CRM, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Establish strategic alliances with industry associations and vendors for co-marketing and sponsorships.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and customer events to showcase service capabilities and build relationships.
• Responsible for the development, oversight, and delivery of the company's public relations function.
• Prepare and present quarterly marketing performance reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Responsible for the management of an internal team of marketing professionals and support specialists, as well as 3rd party vendors.
