General Manager
General Manager contributes to profitable sales growth by executing the overall store strategy; including leading and engaging the team, managing company merchandise and operational excellence, training and developing associates, and executing sales-building programs. Primary responsibilities include :
Performance standards include support for shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meeting established performance standards, including sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
Core competencies include prioritizing customer, taking accountability, producing results, and working collaboratively. Work experience requires minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience. Education requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
