Director of Identity Governance

A company is looking for a Director, Identity Governance & Directory Services.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise identity governance and access control strategy

Lead deployment and operations of identity governance platforms and streamline access certification processes

Establish and maintain role-based and attribute-based access control models and integrate identity governance processes with HR systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity or identity access management, with at least 5 years in access control or identity governance

Deep experience with authorization concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, and policy-as-code systems

Proficiency with identity systems and cloud authorization frameworks in AWS and Azure

Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and access control implementation

Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
