Participant Engagement & Recruitment Partner
Are you passionate about connecting people with cutting-edge medical breakthroughs? We're seeking a Participant Engagement & Recruitment Partner to help expand access to clinical research by building trusted relationships with patients, providers, and community organizations.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind outreach, education, and engagement efforts that ensure diverse participation in clinical studies. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, identify eligible participants, and champion patient experiences throughout the research process.
What You'll Do
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Build meaningful connections with local communities, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to raise awareness about clinical trials.
- Organize and attend community events and educational sessions to share information about ongoing and upcoming studies.
- Develop outreach initiatives that encourage inclusion and diversify participant representation.
Clinician & Patient Referrals
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, specialists, and clinics.Communicate current study opportunities and eligibility criteria to referring providers.Collaborate closely with clinical teams to facilitate patient referrals and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.Participant Identification & Support
Review health records (with authorization) to identify potential participants who meet study criteria.Conduct outreach and initial screenings to confirm eligibility and coordinate study appointments.Support participants throughout the study lifecycle—ensuring follow-up, retention, and a positive experience.Operational & Strategic Execution
Implement and adapt centralized recruitment campaigns and engagement strategies at the site level.Track recruitment sources and campaign outcomes to measure effectiveness and guide future efforts.Partner with internal teams to continuously improve workflows, technology adoption, and participant communications.What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare administration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with diverse groups and professionals.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems.Bilingual abilities are a strong plus!Why Join

Location : Boise, ID
Schedule : ONSITE Monday-Friday 40 hrs / week
Pay : $25-33 / hr depending on experience
