Participant Engagement & Recruitment Partner

Are you passionate about connecting people with cutting-edge medical breakthroughs? We're seeking a Participant Engagement & Recruitment Partner to help expand access to clinical research by building trusted relationships with patients, providers, and community organizations.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind outreach, education, and engagement efforts that ensure diverse participation in clinical studies. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, identify eligible participants, and champion patient experiences throughout the research process.

What You'll Do

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Build meaningful connections with local communities, advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to raise awareness about clinical trials.
• Organize and attend community events and educational sessions to share information about ongoing and upcoming studies.
• Develop outreach initiatives that encourage inclusion and diversify participant representation.

Schedule : ONSITE Monday-Friday 40 hrs / week

Pay : $25-33 / hr depending on experience
