  • Conduct differential diagnoses to distinguish between psychosis and other mental health conditions, ensuring that individuals are appropriately referred to the CSC program.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that referrals to the CSC program are accurate, timely, and appropriate for each individual.
  • Provide educational sessions about psychosis, treatment options, and the benefits of early intervention to individuals, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the clinical team (including Team Leaders, Recovery Coaches, Education / Employment Specialists, and SUD Counselors) to ensure that outreach and recruitment activities align with the goals and protocols of the CSC program.
