• About this role :

As a Physician in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will be a part of an employed Medical Group Gastroenterology. We have a strong community need for increased access to GI and Endoscopy care and we have a team-based GI clinic / hospital practice model with physician, APP, and nurse teamwork across our clinic and endoscopy locations. We will help support you in building your GI practice.

• monthly training stipend and future ASC opportunities are also available

• The call requirement is 1 : 5 and will be taken at our McKay Dee Hospital ( https : / / intermountainhealthcare.org / locations / mckay-dee-hospital?utm \_campaign=gmb&utm\_medium=organic&utm\_source=local) and Layton Hospital ( https : / / intermountainhealthcare.org / locations / layton-hospital )
• You will see on average 16 – 22 patients per day in clinic

• What you’ll bring :
• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
