Detail-oriented Hospital Maintenance Worker with experience in healthcare construction, renovation, and project management.

Responsibilities :

• Facility Maintenance & Repair : Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on hospital infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and medical equipment.
• Project Management : Coordinate healthcare construction and renovation projects from start to finish, including assisting with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure construction and maintenance activities meet hospital safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Contractors : Work with external contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that construction / renovation work aligns with hospital needs and timelines.
• Renovation and Expansion Projects : Assist in the planning and execution of hospital expansion projects, renovation of patient care areas, and upgrading medical equipment infrastructure.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation : Offer help and knowledge in managing project budgets, expenditures, resource allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain and communicate maintenance activities, project milestones, and compliance reports.
