Class A CDL Driver

Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Class A CDL Driver at our Keyport, NJ location. The position is responsible for the safe transport of equipment to and from customer sites as well as other locations within the company.

Job Overview :

• Load and unload equipment to / from the vehicle which may involve operating a forklift, climbing ladders, walking on top of a vehicle and moving equipment.
• Check the vehicle to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting heavy or larger equipment.
• Inspect loads before departure to ensure the equipment is secure for safe travel.
• Reconciling truck shipping and loading documents including DOT documents-logbook and pre-trip inspection sheets
• Ability to work with customers in solving their equipment needs

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Range : $30.00 / hr. - $40.00 / hr. (dependent on experience)
