• We are hiring immediately for a full time  COOK position.
• Location : Central State Hospital - 10510 LaGrange Road, Louisville, KY 40223 Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Rotates 5 : 30 am - 2 : 00 pm and 10 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm, and every other weekend 5 : 30 am - 6 : 30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : At least 1 year of cooking experience required. Dietary experience preferred.
• Pay Range : $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
