• Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departments\n
• Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld\n
• Providing leadership, guidance, and evaluation of other caregivers\n

• Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in the State of Missouri\n\nExperience : \n
• Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse\n
• 3+ years preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• BLS / ACLS – required within 1 year of hire\n
• CNOR and RN-First Assistant certification required within 1 year\n
• Preferred Certifications : CNOR, CRNFA\n\nEducation : \n
