The Role

The mission of a Care Transformation Executive is to change the experience of healthcare for patients, providers, and administrators. As a Care Transformation Executive focused on delivery, your mission will be to ensure that our clients derive significant and impactful transformational value from Ambience's suite of products. You will be tasked with autonomously taking our most important accounts through a pilot of our solutions, and graduating them into flagship partnerships and advocates for our products and company.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver impactful and lasting results for high-priority clients, solidifying their trust and investment in our solutions.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operational teams, to maximize the value and reach of our offerings.
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics, fostering alignment and transforming key stakeholders into advocates.
  • Showcase measurable success, converting initial engagements into compelling case studies and building a network of enthusiastic supporters for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences, fostering long-term partnerships built on delivering exceptional value.
  • Innovate and refine best practices, contributing thought leadership to enhance how we engage and deliver for our clients.

Who You Are

  • You have 6-10 years of experience in health tech implementation, client management, or healthcare management consulting.
  • You are an exceptional oral and written communicator with a track record of influencing executive mindsets.
  • You build strong relationships with users and key stakeholders, understanding their needs to showcase where and how Ambience can drive value.
  • You have experience managing ambiguous and complex multi-stakeholder environments in healthcare and solving difficult problems using first-principles thinking.
  • You thrive in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment, valuing collaboration, kindness, and effective decision-making in high-complexity situations.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to own the execution of ideas from inception to successful outcomes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication.

    • Pay Transparency : We offer a base compensation range of approximately $150,000$220,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create.
