Seasonal Travel RN - Pre-Op / PACU

Shift : 8A - 8P, with potential for on-call shifts, approximately 2 shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seasonal Travel RN specializing in Pre-Op and PACU to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an upbeat personality while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing care to patients in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
  • Monitor patient vitals and progress, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia staff to manage and follow up on surgical procedures.
  • Educate patients and families regarding post-surgical care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU.
  • Pre-op experience is preferred.
