We're on the hunt for a Recruiter who's not just great at finding talentbut also passionate about creating an unforgettable candidate experience. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for our Contact Center, build smart sourcing strategies, and use your judgment, creativity, and data skills to help us grow with the right people.

What You'll Do :

Own the full recruiting processfrom sourcing to offerfor multiple roles

Analyze hiring data to improve outcomes and keep our pipeline strong

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and exceed expectations

Keep our ATS sharp, our job ads fresh, and our employer brand shining

Create engaging content for our Careers site, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Social Media

Help shape a candidate experience that reflects who we are : open, kind, and a little quirky

What You'll Bring :

Ideally, 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, experience can substitute for a degree on a 1 : 1 basis

Strong analytical skills and sound judgment

A creative mindset for attracting top talent in new and exciting ways

A passion for people, process, and continuous improvement

Preference will be given to those candidates who live in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.
