Job descriptionSet up and operate injection molding machines, including Milacron, HPM, Mitsubishi, Van Dorn, Nissei, and Engel brands, to produce plastic parts according to specifications Monitor and adjust machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to optimize production efficiency and quality Perform troubleshooting, and tasks to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documents to ensure accurate production Conduct quality inspections of molded parts using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions Follow ISO 9001 & 13485 certification requirements and participate in audits to maintain compliance Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and ability to support PPAP submissions Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations Prior experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents ISO 9001 & 13485 certification experience and familiarity with quality management systems Knowledge of the PPAP process and ability to support PPAP submissions a plus IATF 16949 experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed ISO 9001 Certification Experience Injection Molding Experience PPAP Process Experience Blueprint Reading Injection Molding Machine (Milacron, Engel, Nissei)

KB Components Dallas is a plastics injection molding company located in Arlington, Texas. We are part of the KB Components global company based out of Sweden. We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician to join our Texas team!
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring the production of high-quality plastic parts.
We currently have availabilty on 2nd Shift.
- 2nd Shift (Evening) is Monday-Thursday 2 : 15pm to 10 : 45pm and Friday 11 : 45am to 5 : 45pm
