Location : Phoenix ( East Valley )

Compensation : $70,000–$94,000 depending on license and experience

Schedule : Full-Time | Floor-Based Leadership | Immediate Hire

We’re partnering with a respected senior care provider in the Phoenix (East Valley) area that is looking for a strong, steady Nurse Manager to lead one of its skilled nursing or long-term care units. This is a full-time, leadership-level role focused on day-to-day oversight, team management, and care quality.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee daily operations on a skilled nursing or long-term care unit

Supervise and support a team that may include CNAs, LPNs, RNs, unit clerks, dining staff, and social services

Manage care delivery, regulatory compliance, and staffing

Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality of care

Step in when needed and lead by example on the floor

Foster a high-accountability, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For :

Active LPN or RN license (Arizona or compact state)

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

Proven ability to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable managing teams, resolving issues, and handling clinical challenges

A hands-on leader who thrives in collaborative settings and values patient-centered care
