Customer Service Representative

Thomasville, GA l $13.00 - $15.00 / Hour

We are looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative at a health insurance agency to answer incoming calls and assist the customers. You would utilize multiple systems to document, research and communicate necessary information.

The ideal employee must have a positive attitude and follow the codes set forth in the Employee Handbook, and be able to learn a complex claim system.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-line telephone system in a timely manner
• Assist customers calling in
• Utilize multiple systems to document, research, and communicate necessary information
• Operate computer and scanning equipment
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager

Requirements

Location : Thomasville, GA

Pay Range : $13.00 - $15.00 / Hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
