Role Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage AR operations for several locations which greatly impact the overall business. This role combines hands-on billing and payment application with leadership responsibilities for a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and invoicing
• Oversee payment applications
• Assist with collections
• Supervise and mentor team members
• Coordinate AR processes across multiple branches

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Accounts Receivable experience
• Skilled in billing, payment application, and multi-location operations
• Leadership experience—coaching and mentoring others
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
