Job Description

Oversee all stages of project life cycle. Project planning and coordination. Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards. Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project delivery. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Implement risk management procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Construction Management or a related field. Proficiency in project management software. Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules. Proven experience in risk management.
