Responsibilities
Assess clients insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and exploring potential needs.
- Engage in 10-minute or longer phone conversations about insurance products, coverage options, and client concerns.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, policies, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and ethical conduct.
- Stay current on industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with your personal insurance advisor for mentorship and assistance.
Requirements
Proven ability to make cold calls and generate new leadsComfortable engaging in 10-minute or longer phone conversations about insurance and coverage optionsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitudeSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependableAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and problem-solving mindsetAbility to build trust and rapport with clientsPrevious sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not required
