Overview

Envolve Client Services Group is recruiting for a Community Manager to work at Convent Gardens Apartments located in St. Louis, MO. Base pay range provided : $60,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr. This role is with Envolve LLC, a company that manages apartment communities across the southeastern United States.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and lead leasing and marketing activities at the assigned property.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure property performance and compliance with goals and objectives.
Develop yearly operating and capital budgets and monitor impact on NOI.
Oversee resident relations, lease enforcement, and safety of site occupants; maintain market-ready units.
Coordinate resident improvements and capital projects; bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
Ensure property compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws; communicate policies to staff.
Provide regular reports and maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
Train and mentor office staff to maximize rental income and occupancy.
Perform regular property inspections and implement maintenance plans as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager or equivalent management experience.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Strong financial management skills : budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; strong multi-tasking and deadline management.

Professional communication with staff, residents, vendors and corporate teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferred.

Willingness to work weekends / holidays when required; travel for training or meetings as needed.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000 per year
