Power Generation Maintenance Specialist - Instrumentation and Controls Coach

Location : West County Energy Center in Loxahatchee, FL. Reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will lead safety-focused maintenance and ensure instrumentation & controls (I&C) and electrical maintenance are in excellent operational condition.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities.
• Lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve site goals in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
• Focus on optimizing site maintenance and standardizing processes, procedures, and techniques for repeatability.
• Develop technicians' skills and knowledge; apply leadership for employee development and performance management.
• Troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations and maintain I&C equipment readiness for operation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
