Industrial Engineer

Job Purpose

The Industrial Engineer supports new plant Process Development, Capacity Analysis, and Continuous Improvement. Candidate should be proficient in Time Study methods, Line Balancing, Man / Machine charts, Value Stream Mapping, as well as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with others is a must. Emphasis is placed on accuracy and completeness of all analysis activities, but also on enhancement and upgrading of current systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process analysis including time studies, detailed capacity analysis, man / machine analysis, line balancing and value-added content
• Identification and verification of under-utilized value streams and assets
• Identification and resolution of bottlenecks within processes
• Support short-term Capacity-Demand Analysis
• Facilitate Development of Plant Continuous Improvement Roadmap :

CI Activities

Develop and teach others.
