Practice Setting

  • Inpatient medical setting
  • Support staff includes 7 RNs, 7 MAs, 6 PA / NPs, and 3 office staff
  • Hospital Stroke Certified facility

    • No supervision of residents or teaching required

    Schedule

  • In-house call only

    • Call response time within 1 hour; emergency / STEMI less than 30 minutes

  • No admissions required; this is handled by the hospitalist service

    • Procedures and Cases

  • Emergency and STEMI cases only-no clinic or rounding

    • No patient callbacks

    Requirements

  • Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
  • Active Arkansas medical license or IMLC
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • 24 months minimum experience

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Airports are located nearby for easy access
  • Travel and lodging is provided
