Job descriptionPerform installation, startup, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC equipment commonly found in a wastewater treatment plant. Report to the HVAC Supervisor and coordinate with senior HVAC personnel. HVAC maintenance and installation Building automation systems (BAS) Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Safety practices in an industrial environment Electronic theory, circuits, components, and material properties Windows operating systems, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Basic HVAC maintenance and repair Building automation systems (BAS) Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Follow direction on work tasks Team environment work Follow policies and procedures Work in extreme environments with varying weather conditions Communicate effectively in verbal and written form Source required parts for HVAC equipment Operate lifting equipment such as boom and scissor lifts Work on-call shifts as needed High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license CFC (EPA 608) certification – required for Senior HVAC Technician Boom and scissor lift certification – required for Senior HVAC Technician
4-Day Work Week Available in Brighton, Colorado with weekends off.
All PPE, tools, and FR clothing with daily laundry service provided.
Position
- HVAC Technician – $26.23 - $36.59 per hour
- Senior HVAC Technician – $30.60 - $42.68 per hour
