Overview This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Consultant located in Stamford, CT. The Interior Design Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing interior design concepts, selecting furniture and finishes, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, creating design plans, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating with other team members to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients in-store and / or virtually.

Develop interior design concepts and select furniture and finishes to meet client needs.

Drive sales by presenting design options and managing the project from conception to completion.

Conduct client consultations and create design plans.

Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in interior design and furniture selection

Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Bachelor\'s degree in interior design or related field is a plus

Proficiency in design software and tools is beneficial
