Job Description
- 24-hour in-house shifts that allow for continuity of care and better work-life balance
- Supportive, well-staffed model with :
- Certified Nurse Midwives
- OB Hospitalists
- 24 / 7 In-house Anesthesiology
- Dedicated Pediatrics / Neonatology support
- Robust back-up call system for emergencies
- Remote fetal monitoring allows for enhanced safety and flexibility
- Access to surgical backup and subspecialty care
- Opportunities to teach, mentor, or engage in quality improvement initiatives, if desired
