Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for family law? Do you have a knack for handling sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a remote / flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. In this role, you will work directly with our team of accomplished attorneys, assisting them in all areas of family law, including child support, premarital agreements, and more.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Paralegal in our Family Law division, you will :

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, and attend when necessary.
• Conduct thorough statutory, regulatory, and factual research.
• Manage client files and documents with confidentiality and discretion.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Assist in the preparation of premarital agreements and child support calculations.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to family law.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling client billing.
