Manage a caseload of youth services clients as assigned.Ensure adequate and comprehensive assessment of client needs, and develop a plan of services.Advocate for client and family needs and services with the court system, human service providers, health systems, and other providers and agencies as necessary. Develop and maintain complete, accurate case record documentation, and follow established timelines.Travel is required, as is attendance at all meetings and court hearings.Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of clientsCase Worker Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required.Two years of experience with target population preferred.Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.Successful completion of a Background CheckValid Drivers LicenseApply today to join our team of Case Worker Professionals.

Requires Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or related human services field; Requires valid Social Worker License or License eligibility; Prefers QMHP / C Certification. Prefers 2-3 year experience with youth / young adults with mental health and substance abuse diagnosis; Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance as required by law.
