Anesthesiologists Needed in State College

Mount Nittany Health is seeking BC / BE Anesthesiologists ! Join an employed group consisting of 11 physicians and 20+ CRNA’s that provide coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility in State College, PA.  State College offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position :

• 1 Hospital : Mount Nittany Medical Center
• 12 total OR’s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR’s.
• 1 OB Suite
• 4 Endo / GI Suites
• 11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA’s
• Call is approx. every 6 -7 days (Mix of first call and back up call)
• CRNA Medical Direction Model
• Major Service lines include : General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, Vascular
• Low Peds volume
• No Open-Heart Surgery and No Heads
• EMR : Meditech
