Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in New York, NY. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and developing personalized treatment plans. The role also includes patient education and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Experience in prescribing medications and developing treatment plans
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Collaborative skills to work effectively with healthcare teams
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
• Experience in primary care or family medicine is a plus
